The Model House of Jinyu Bieyuan, designed by Sihui Wang and Jing Zhong of Posh Design, offers a unique and tranquil living experience. Inspired by the idea of finding inner peace, the designers aimed to create a space that goes beyond a simple residence and becomes a secluded sanctuary.

The designers made significant changes to the original layout of the house, resulting in an open and coherent spatial form. They retained the formal beauty of the building while incorporating elements that promote peace and harmony. The use of limited materials, such as natural oak, natural stone, and black steel, contributes to the overall cohesion of the space.

Light-colored wooden boards cover the walls, complemented by carefully arranged green plants and a plain ground, seamlessly blending the interior with the surrounding natural environment. This minimalist approach reflects the designers' Zen design philosophy, creating a serene and uncluttered atmosphere.

The Model House of Jinyu Bieyuan stands out for its thoughtful material selection and integration with nature. The designers aimed to choose materials that hold meaning in the context of the natural surroundings. This attention to detail adds depth and character to the design, elevating it beyond a mere aesthetic exercise.

It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design.
